The founding minutes are the document that proves the exact moment when the association was formally constituted, as well as all relevant information about this act. It must be submitted in two copies, initialed and signed by the president of the association and its secretary, as well as by the lawyer.

List of elected members of the board of directors
It is the list of all members who are responsible for the association's board of directors and must also be submitted in two copies, initialed and signed by the legal representative.

List of founding members and list of those present at the assembly
