The most in-demand digital jobs in the Chilean labor market

The second of the digital jobs is the project manager. He or she plans, executes and supervises technological projects . He or she coordinates multidisciplinary teams, manages resources and sets deadlines to ensure the fulfillment of objectives. He or she needs communication skills, problem solving, agility and adaptability to the needs of the project, as well as critical thinking, organization and resilience. As for hard skills, he or she must master tools such as SAP Business Suite, Azure, Java, Scrum or PMP.
Data Analyst / Business Intelligence (BI)
This profile collects, processes and analyses data to extract insights. It uses analysis and visualisation tools, identifies trends, optimises processes and improves business strategy to align it with objectives. It requires critical thinking, analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills, communication and teamwork skills.

Systems Administrator and ICT Consultant
These two digital jobs occupy the fourth and sixth positions, respectively. The systems administrator focuses on managing and maintaining the internal IT infrastructure, and ensures the operation, security and performance of servers, networks and operating systems. The ICT consultant advises companies on the implementation and optimization of technological solutions , analyzes needs and proposes improvements to align technology with objectives. Both require communication skills, critical thinking, teamwork and decision-making ability.
Community Manager/Digital Marketing Specialist
Positions five and seven are for the community manager and the digital marketing specialist, respectively. The former is the person in charge of managing and energizing a brand's social media . Their tasks include creating content, interacting with followers, and managing digital reputation. Their goal is to improve the company's image and create links with their audience. They need verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, emotional intelligence, multitasking, and service orientation.
