To submit documents for state registration of property rights through the official website of Rosreestr, you must have an account on the website and on the portal of the Government of Russia - "Gosuslugi", as well as an electronic digital signature. Such a signature is purchased for a fee.
If the applicant's application is successful, the document certifying the right of ownership of the apartment will be ready in 7 working days. When receiving the service at the MFC, the term will be 9 working days.

Results
