Conducting market research in the 21st century has become a simple task and not necessarily expensive. SemRush : Especially for competitor analysis, keyword discovery and monitoring.
Hubspot : The leading inbound marketing tool, All in One. Including its CRM.
MailChimp : For sending emails, good opening ratio and reports.
Buzzmometer : To exhaustively monitor what is being said about our brand, company or product on the Internet.

Inbound marketing is on the rise. This methodology combines several B2B online marketing techniques to make the most of content and intelligent communications. This is a clear example of a methodology that we can apply to our business, and that will help us not only in the acquisition process, but also in conversion, closing the sale and loyalty.

And this seems obvious, but it is not always applied. To do this, it is worth clarifying that not all products, not all sectors or all micro-niches (however micro they may be) work well on the Internet. And when I say that they do not “work well” I mean that they do not have a positive ROI on their investments (referring to direct marketing).
There is no need to try to sell our entire company catalogue online, not all products or services have to work well and generate positive results, it is about making the effort in the channels, campaigns and keywords that generate leads or sales, and redistributing the investment towards these. Unless you are already covering 100% of the potential online market , in which case I would advise you to try other channels, tools and methodologies, which I explain below.
